Our role
TripDNA sells cruise seats as an agent from allocations confirmed by the boat operator. The operator provides the cruise, food and on-board safety; its name appears on every quotation.
Prices and quotations
Prices are calculated by the system from operator-approved rates, shown in Thai baht, with no fees added at checkout. A quotation is valid until the time shown; if the price or terms change afterwards you need a new quotation.
Holds and confirmation
Seats are held for at most 15 minutes while you pay. A booking is confirmed only after the payment provider verifies the full amount and seats are still available. If money arrives after the hold expires, the booking is reviewed and then either confirmed or refunded in full. The AI chat cannot confirm prices, seats or bookings.
Special requests and large groups
Window or adjacent seats, step-free access, and bookings above THB 150,000 need our team to check with the operator first, so they cannot be booked automatically.
Limits
Weather, river conditions, government orders or force majeure may cause the operator to change or cancel a sailing. The Cancellation & Refund Policy then applies.
