Each sailing's cancellation terms are shown on the quotation and confirmation email and take precedence over this general page. To cancel or change, contact Contact channels will be listed here once activated. with your booking reference.
If you cancel
Refunds follow the cancellation terms on that sailing's quotation, measured in Thailand time (UTC+7).
If the operator cancels / weather
We offer a new date or a full refund, as you prefer.
Changing dates
Possible when the new sailing has seats and the operator agrees. Any price difference is shown before we proceed.
No-show
The quotation terms apply; if none are stated, no refund is due.
